Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
If we experience high order volume, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States and select international countries.
If your country is unavailable at checkout, we do not currently ship to that destination.
Shipping Time
After processing, estimated delivery times are:
United States
3–7 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 4–9 business days (including processing time)
International Orders
7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
Total estimated delivery time: 8–23 business days (including processing time)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly stated at checkout.
Tracking Information
If tracking is available, tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Luxury Restored is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped, we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues when possible.
